Working with Victorian hotels and pubs within their member base, AHA assisted workplaces to build capability to create sustainable mentally healthy workplaces. The Learning Network targeted frontline workers, focusing on the work-related factors of poor organisational justice, poor support, workplace relationships, and violent or traumatic events.
