Retail learning network
The ARA chaired learning network informed their membership of the mental health risks for workers within the retail industry, and developed innovative strategies, resources, learning materials and discussion forums to educate workplaces on effective prevention strategies to improve outcomes within the industry. The learning network targeted frontline retail workers and focused on addressing the work-related factors of low job control, high and low job demands, poor support, workplace relationships, and violent or traumatic events.
