Safe and empowering workplaces network
With a regional approach in South West Victoria, the learning network led by Give Where You Live Foundation (GWYLF) improved workplace cultures to create inclusive, supportive, safe and mentally healthy working environments for young workers in small-to-medium sized businesses. Together with their local partners, the network co-designed initiatives to address the work-related factors of low job control, high and low job demands, poor support, low recognition and reward, low role clarity, and poor workplace relationships to improve mental wellbeing in young workers.
