Happy, healthy teachers make for thriving and successful school communities
The project is an innovative collaboration between the Geelong Grammar School (Institute of Positive Education), People Diagnostix and Monash University (The Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health) and will provide motivation for systems level change in psychological health, safety and wellbeing for teachers. It will feature an integrated approach that applies the risk management and health promotion capabilities of a tailored on-line platform (FlourishDx), with a commitment from participating schools to address the work-related factors that influence psychological health.
Participating schools will use real-time data to inform their approach and take action to protect the mental health of their staff, whilst being supported by an on-the-ground project team.
