The Perinatal Workplace Wellbeing Program (PWWP)

Led by the Centre of Perinatal Excellence and Transitioning Well. This project provided resources to help organisations work together with working parents.

The Centre of Perinatal Excellence championed engagement of working parents

The Centre of Perinatal Excellence developed the capacity of workplaces to support new parents throughout the perinatal period. They provided resources and training to workplace leaders and new and expectant parents.

Mentally healthy workplaces include and support working parents

The program helped workplaces develop inclusion policies and provided practical guidance for managers. These changes made working parents feel included and supported in the workplace.
