About the fund
The fund targets Victorian workers identified at greatest risk of mental injury including: younger workers, ageing workers, frontline workers and workers in industries in transition.
The fund is creating industry-wide and sustainable change to address work-related factors that contribute to stress in the workplace.
The Mental Health Improvement Fund projects will contribute to building the evidence base on how to create and maintain mentally healthy Victorian workplaces.
Throughout the program, WorkWell and funding recipients will share knowledge and lessons learnt from each of the projects.
